Fabiano Corsini, – born in Pisa, graduated in Sociology at the University of Trento – published “Arselle”, “Il Cacciucco di Shelley”, “Cotto e Narrato”, “Marina Magica”.
He wrote the play “Mediterranean” dedicated to the cultural blend of our gastronomy.
As “Slow Food” activist, he created and coordinates the eco-gastronomic event “Marina Slow” that is dedicated to bluefish and local culture.
He means his passion for food as a way of traveling through time, space and soul. He made few appearance, as food expert, in some TV programs for RAI (national television network).
