Our basic rights as men and women, people and citizens, must be valid both on and offline. In reality, this is too frequently not the case. Starting from tangible examples and real life experiences, with reference to the Declaration of Internet Rights recently approved by Parliament, the book by Anna Masera and Guido Scorza reminds us of our rights as digital citizens.
