The art of voice-over acting: giving a voice to a character and inhabiting someone else’s body with your own internal melody.
Traditionally, voice-over actors would lend their voices to actors but today, they also do so with cartoon characters and videogames. In “Assassin’s Voice”, the stage actor and webmaster of the “Mondo di Nerd” Facebook page Federico Guerri, meets Renato Novara (the voice behind Ezio Auditore from “Assasin’s Creed”, Sonic and Rubber from “One Piece” and Ted Mosby from “How I met your mother”) for a discussion about dubbing, obsessions, sound and videogames, in which some of the characters he lends his vocal chords to will definitely make an appearance.
