“From O to A”

Personal computing, from the Olivetti P101 to the Apple products

Sat 08 15:00 - 17:30

Together with Giovanni De Sandre and Gastone Garziera, designers of the first Olivetti personal computer, Alfredo Castelli, creator of Martin Mystere, and Antonio Dini, Apple expert on macitynet.it, we shall be discussing “personal calculation” as it was and what it is today. Two historical machines will be shown at work: the P101 and the Apple I, along with an opportunity to browse the network of the eighties… using the Museum’s own BBS!
