Graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in Architecture with a Thesis on variable acoustics in real time for auditoria presenting some articles and a patent based on the scale model. Continues research in the field of digital control for physical acoustics at the Faculty ‘of Engineering in Bologna through a Ph.D, a Post-Doctorate and a Research Fellow further developing the concept of digital control of “variable acoustics in real time” then publishing a second patent.

In almost ten years of research activity he publishes various articles in national and international conferences regarding the acoustic restoration of the opera houses and auditoria having collaborated on the acoustic restoration of some important Italian theaters (La Scala – Milano, Teatro Nuovo – Spoleto Festival dei due Mondi, Teatro Manzoni – Pistoia, Teatro Galli – Rimini, Auditorium di Modena et altri), developing a numerical model in the digital domain on theather design. Musician and Sound Engineer he’s very interested in both new and old technologies, he teaches Designin Sound Spaces and Audio & Mix at Academy of Fine Arts in Carrara also dealing of Field Recording and A/V multichannel installations.
