Luciana Squadrilli has earned a degree in Communications Sciences at Rome University La Sapienza. Journalist and food writer, she contributes to several Italian and international guides, websites and magazines. Since 2011 she works – as well as a free lance journalist, writer and food critic – as a communication consultant for food companies and restaurants. She occasionally teaches journalism, communication and food critic and she authored or co-authored a number of books, among which Oli d’Italia, I migliori extravergine (Gambero Rosso 2011), La terra si racconta. Campania (Longo Editore for gruppo Banca Intesa/Sanofi, 2013), Marketing del Gusto (with Slawka G. Scarso, LSWR, 2015), La Buona Pizza (with Tania Mauri, Giunti, 2016). She curates and contributes to the multi-author blogs marketingdelgusto.it and pizzaontheroad.eu
